A couple of VA buildings and a passport office...not good. Nobody needs to be bothering the VA, and the passport office may have lots of unique, private info there.

When I was in Young Americans for Freedom, I went to many a protest and counter-protest at that site—for the Nicaraguan Contras, against giving away the Panama Canal, etc.

Note the tank traps. Those went up after the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995.

The Federal Building used to be a favorite place to park for those going to nearby Westwood for shopping or entertainment, but restrictions imposed since the bombing made it less than desirable.

Nope. Churches are next. Starting with the “White ones”. Then Synagogues. etc., it has all been done before. We are in the second Stage of Mao’s Revolutionary Warfare:

“His second was the concept of the popular front. In many cases, early on, when the vanguard group has not yet gained broad powers and authority, the tactic defined by Lenin is to form a coalition, a front, with other parties to oppose a common enemy. For Lenin that enemy was the capitalist regime. Then, once in the good graces of the other front parties, the revolutionary elite—the vanguard party—move to infiltrate them from within, insidiously, the vanguard party then takes over and rules in its own right. History shows us that violent purges frequently follow. Mao and Ho would become masters of the execution of the popular front strategy.”

I understand construction product managers are looking at these units to keep their gear and other expensive construction stuff safe at building and renovation sites.

Had a discussion with a friend about that very thing. In France they get away with it and get a wrist slap. Here they’d be charged with biological terrorism and EPA violations.

If they can riot, why can’t we rally?
If they can loot, why can’t we shop?
If they can burn, why can’t we earn?
If they can slay, why can’t we pray?
If they can throw Molotov cocktails,
why can’t we throw cocktail parties?...

Why indeed?
