Roberts has abandoned his oath and must be impeached. Today, if not tomorrow.

Oh, yeah. The Democrats spent three years trying to impeach the president. So all’s fair in love and war, right?
And make no mistake. This is a war.
What is the single important paragraph? Can some one post it in the clear for us to read?

Well, we’ll take what we can get from Gorsuch; but, after siding with the LGBTQRSTUV crowd, I don’t think that it’s entirely accurate to say that Roberts is liberal and Gorsuch isn’t.
We need more Supreme Court Justices. We also need Thomas and Alito to stay healthy.
Gorsuch was masterful, and concise.
“The world we inhabit today, with a pandemic upon us, poses unusual challenges,” he wrote. “But there is no world in which the Constitution permits Nevada to favor Caesars Palace over Calvary Chapel.”

I wish they had posted Robert’s argument for direct comparison.
Hardly scorching. Anything to try for a sensational headline. Gorsuch should have declared that the members of the church in question have a civic duty to stand against tyranny, and any unlawful orders. Remind everyone that the 1st Amendment is meant to restrict government....not the people.
I respect Gorsuch. Sometimes FR are harsh on him. He also said in Nevada it seems better to be in the entertainment business.
You can keep Nevada with its gambling and prostitution in 7 counties. Who cares if it has no income tax.
Roberts has shown himself to be an Obama judge.
