She sez that ‘undisclosed settlement amount’ means several things, some mentioned above like the defendant avoids financial disclosures, etc. In her opinion though the actual cash transfer to the plaintiff was probably a small percentage of the original lawsuit figure - somewhere around 10% - 20%. So even if the lawyers get 33% of the actual transaction amount, Nick has something north of $16mm in the bank just from this settlement! And there are 6 more lawsuits to settle.
