This could be interesting since the water is exceptionally cool close to the shore. Doesn't matter though,the fish aren't biting anyway.

The water is most certainly not cool close to shore. Ive looked at TCHPs and they are the highest they have been in years. TCHPs along the Texas Coast are the highest I can find going back 5 years....but probably to 2005. The water temp due south of Galveston is 86 degrees at buoy 42035. Not sure what you want.
