The real point is the Chinese sent us a virus to crash our economy, and it worked. We have some deaths too but probably fewer than the stated number. Looking at the latest provisional deaths: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/index.htm it's 118k excess deaths from all causes. The numbers are provisional and will rise. But the numbers for the April peak should mostly be in.
