I never realized that looting and arson were our constitutional rights or maybe those are special rights for black people.
13th Amendment:
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Descendants of freed negroes shall have the right to loot and destroy property as method to duly exercise their freedom of speech since they lack the ability to use speech to petition the government for redress of grievances.
Section 3. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation and shall not infringe on rights enumerated herein.
