Will they use a Diplomatic Bag ?

Is there a size limit on diplomatic pouches? Are any of them body-bag sized, big enough to smuggle an agent in? How about diplomatic suitcases?

When I was in Rwanda with the UN the Col wanted me to get him some Potato Chips and he said have them sent in a Diplomatic Bag ,LOL He didn’t get his chips

There might be a size limit on diplomatic pouches, but probably not one on quantity. ;-)
