Try a rinse for dry mouth like Biotene, who also has a dry mouth oral spray.
I use mouthwash before I go to bed at night. I sleep all night. It’s when I wake up in the morning that my mouth and throat are dry. The rest of the day it’s fine. It’s only since I’ve had to take that blood pressure pill at night that sometimes my tongue periodically gets stuck to the roof of my mouth. Never had the problem before that.
