Since the left believes in collective responsibility, then I propose that all the rioters be arrested and all charged with murder, arson, theft, kidnapping, intimidation and destruction of property.
Unfortunately, it won’t happen - the corrupt mayors made sure none of them ever paid the penalty for their crimes.
I suspect someone opportunistically torched the pawn shop after murdering the pawnbroker and hoped it would go unnoticed in the riot chaos. Just like that bastard that killed his wife during Hurricane Harvey in Houston and blamed it on the Hurricane.
