St. Louis’ top prosecutor told The Associated Press on Monday that she is charging a white husband and wife with felony unlawful use of a weapon for displaying guns during a racial injustice protest outside their mansion. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner announced the charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who are both personal injury attorneys in their 60s. They also face a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault.

Is that who the white “chick” in the suit was? She was with the crowd and yelling at the couple in the longer video I saw, but in most videos I saw repeatedly on TV they cut her out.

Indeed they did, and it was, supposedly, an historic, handwrought art piece, to boot...
Plus, in most private communities, landowners own (and are taxed on) land all the way to the center of the street. (Once inside the broken (posted) gate, the "protesters" in the street were probably trespassing on the landowners' property.)

That sort of misbehavior is frowned upon by landowners (and sheriffs) here in Texas.
Trespassers in these parts are commonly confronted by visibly (and heavily_ armed landowners. If they refuse to leave after a third warning, they're advised to pick a spot of ground with no fire ants or grassburrs -- because they'll be proned out there until the sheriff's deputy arrives to take charge of them.
Once they're cuffed and in the LEO's vehicle, the deputy often takes a bit of time to chat and admire the landowner's armaments... '-)
Plus, it goes without saying that DAs like the one in question don't last long around here...
