Do you mean mg. or IU (International Units). Labeling has changed recently. 1000 IU = 25 mg. 5000 IU is often suggested as a daily use in winter for those with SAD (winter depression). 50,000 IU a week for a while sounds about right to restore low levelshas given dose levels for Quercetin as 100 mg. a day for maintenance, and 500 mg twice a day for Covid treatment along with 220 mg of zinc sulfate aday for 5 days, I have not found zinc sulfate, but have zinc picolinate and another form (not with me at the moment). I think I heard Dr. Z say we should try for 50 mg. of elemental zinc.
more research needed, unless someone already has the answer.

I do not know if this question was addressed to me or not, but whatever I have done so far in the past I always been using either grams or milligrams for measurements.
