No, Senor Bandito was banished long ago, when Newman was still concentrating on making movies. I suspect he is holed up in a cantina, sometimes joined by Quake, the Smackin' Brothers, and Twinkie the Kid. They will soon be joined by Rastus, Aunt Jemima and the "Butter Maiden", who will be preparing breakfast for them.
