Not every bad actor is a Muslim. In fact, very, very, very few are when you consider how many people of the Muslim faith there are in the world.
In my posting, I was pointing to the fact that there are considerable numbers of Christians and persons of traditional African beliefs living in Sub-Saharan Africa. Christian missionaries have been active in central and eastern Africa since colonial times. So don’t go assuming that, just because the possible suspect is from Rwanda (or Africa generally), they have got to be Muslim.
In addition, my reference to “unknown motives” is acknowledgement of the usually spineless “responsible officials” inability to acknowledge the obvious even the face of incontrovertible evidence (e.g., the suspect was shouting “Allahu Ackbar!” during the attack but somehow they can’t determine his motivation).
As for my screen name, that is a carry over from my 23 years in the Marine Corps.
As for my faith, I am a Christian but my first allegiance after God and family is to the United States. And while I am no longer able to serve in the field due to age and infirmity, if necessary, I would glad kill any enemy of the nation, foreign or domestic. And for an old, half blind geezer, I still shoot pretty well.
