Nowhere in the article is any mention of a 2nd woman appearing...yet they say 2 were arrested.
Any clarification?
Two women, ages 29 and 39, were taken into custody...
Possibly the person making the video was with the woman spreading the paint?
There might have been another woman down at the other end of the graffiti. I saw a different video that showed this woman, and one of the cops standing next to her tells another cop to "go get the other one." So it's possible that "the other one" was dumping paint and smearing it at the other end. Let's hope so. The video I saw also showed this woman walk over to some guy to get another can of paint that she then walked back and dumped. The cops held off doing anything for as long as they could, because they probably could have stopped it from even happening.
