The U.S Counts are phony also. You wont hear about it in the Media, but Death counts are based on phony stats where Covig-19 is listed even when the person was run over by a truck. The problem for people like me who don’t want to wear the mask is that due to our governors orders one can’t enter any public place without one.

I’be been out to eat only once since the order to wear it. We had to wear a mask into the restaurant and when going to our table. If we got up to use the restroom during the meal, we had to put it on. It’s stupid, but if one doesn’t do it, the managers will ask you to put it on or leave.

I don’t have groceries delivered or brought out to my car because I prefer to choose my own food, especially fresh meat and produce. That means I must wear it to do any shopping.

We have made our disagreement with the order known to no avail. The governor in Nevada is a lemming following all the other tyrannical governors and mayors and council members who have unjustly grabbed power.

What do we do? We know this is all smoke and mirrors for political purposes. How do we combat it with a media that actively subverts our rights to push a narrative to sway a presidential election?

There might be some truth to this, given that there’s an element of financial desperation involved. When elective procedures are shut down, how do you continue paying the bills? ICU’s are usually the least profitable unit of a hospital, given that emergency room admits don’t have to pay up front or show evidence of insurance coverage, meaning that many end up dining and dashing, so to speak. But the coronavirus has not only introduced government funding into what is typically a loss-making operation - it has done so at a time when non-emergency departments are shut down. When the very survival of the facility is at stake, administrators can be relied on to bend the rules to keep it open.

The problem for people like me who don’t want to wear the mask

If it is too onerous then there will be a backlash and the mostly dem governers will be voted out and take other election races with them.

I think masks are of minor benefit and apart from medical conditions (which are numerous) people should wear them. But the mask mandate by itself is not going to sway the election from Trump. Only keeping the economy closed will do that.

That's correct. Also in the next few months we will see that deaths from all causes will go well below the average, That's because the COVID and COVID-assisted deaths are mostly only a little premature. Almost nobody healthy is dying from COVID, that's pretty much a lie.

The Truth on the ineffectiveness of the Masks may be out, but the politicians and the media are ignoring it. Therefore, with mandatory masking in many cities and states, people are forced to wear them if they want to enter any kind of retail establishment to include grocery stores. I personally would never wear one, but if I want to go to the store to buy anything where I live, I can’t enter the store without one. It is beginning to feel like a third world country where you have to obey the Government edicts or go to jail or die.

Search right here on FR, studies by virologists from 2006-2016, extensive data etc. As one freeper said, masks are like using chain link fences to stop mosquitoes. It’s all fear driven. It’s about forced compliance. The next step will be a vaccine that many will line up for too. If course it’s made with the help of aborted babies as well, but I’m sure it’s just for the greater good.

US media will struggle with this story. Trashing govt. policy —which is a long-standing default position—is NOT trashing Trump....and even absolves him to a degree because it’s exactly what conservatives have been claiming.

But, if it’s a big enough kerkuffle there, —which it sounds like it is—they’ll be forced to report it.
