Daughter works for Visa, handles complaints, credit problems —thankfully by phone. 75-yr old man has huge bill he’s contesting, says he went to hospital for badly broken leg in an accident. Hospital billed him thousand and thousands for C-19, ventilator, etc. He says he was never on a ventilator.
Hospitals are instructed to do this for older patients...who is “instructing” them?
