There are laws for dealing with terrorists and anarchists. Have you heard of the Insurrection Act by any chance? It's been there for over a 100 years. Heard of the FISA Courts which are held entirely in secret with no legal representation for the accused?
Terrorists and anarchists have been snatched off the streets for decades, all legal and proper.
