I think this is a fake. Either:
A. An Antifa psy-op to keep their own people stirred up and onside. Also to furnish more BS for them to shriek at the gov’t about. Or,
B. Non-military, non-LEO volunteers grabbing these losers off the streets to see what they can get out of them...or just to scare them.
That first Twitter video looked completely staged. Even the narrative girl had memorized her lines.
