Could they be actually taking out federal infiltrators? Proposed scenario....undercover fed agent posing as rioters....gets info on rioters...gets pics and records voices of leaders...weapon caches...maybe DNA samples of some...etc...needs to get out...well...gets “arrested” by feds....hare brained?
In at least one of those videos, it looks something like that could be the situation.
But some of the other videos - looks like they are picking up people fingered by informants, and the targets have been under surveillance for quite a while. The ones they take away are not happy.
We do not seem to be hearing from the targets afterwards. I wonder what is happening to them.
