There is already a 10-11 month backlog for suppressors, adding millions of semi automatic rifles would break the ATF. Since no transfer would be approved until ATF gave blessings, that would be a feature, not a bug, of the new system.

From the left’s point of view that’s a feature, not a bug. Besides the $200 tax stamp there will be a 3-year waiting period.
