As soon as those rioters broke down the gate adjacent to the MCCloskey’s home, they were NO LONGER PEACEFUL PROTESTORS.

Probe? Their is nothing to probe. File the equal protection lawsuit, NOW!, personally against the witch, her city and her state.

I would’ve liked to see Mccloskeys resist the illegal warrant and illegal confiscation.

Good - because this was/is COMPLETELY unjustified. Not just taking their firearms, but PURPOSELY making an announcement of the fact that they are now vulnerable to an attack.

Let’s hope that Bill Barr orders an investigation to begin right f’ing NOW!!!!

Of course, there’s another issue at play, dealing with preparedness.

So, if this happened to me and the local DA did this to me, I would have another firearm with which to defend myself. They took just the firearms that were on film, not anything else. If you are prepared, you have back-ups. Two is one and one is none.

None of this, of course, changes the fact that this prosecutor is a tyrant, and that she should be personally sued for deprivation of their civil rights under color of law. I would DEFINITELY sue her, sue the city, county, state and every single person involved (including the cops - just to make the point that without their involvement and cooperation, this couldn’t have happened...but I would later drop the case against them).
