The NBA should just go to the route of baseball...start a junior league out of high school...have a ‘A’ and ‘B’ league...telling the kid if he hasn’t been picked up by the 4th year...he’s finished in the league and will never make the NBA.

Ninety-nine per cent of college basketball players do not make it to the NBA. For that ninety-nine, they may as well get an education.

The NBA has a farm system of sorts; it is called the D League (development).

Colleges & universities can license their names to the teams so the revenue streams continue. (If there are any, many football programs lose money !)
