Yep. They all (the news readers) seem to have their inner lefties, hiding under the surface.
It sure escapes, from time to time.
I had heard things like this too...that the online schooling just wasn’t working as intended. Depending on the particular school system & their curriculum that might not be all bad, but something workable that actually will educate the kids, will need to be put in it’s place.
That does seem to be the point of all this present situation. If people will look seriously at it, we could turn it into a situation that would rid us of Democrat influence for a long, long time.
The only way things will change is if enough parents are willing to pull their kids out of the government schools. All they really care about is the money they get for each rear end sitting at a desk. No amount of complaining or going to school board meetings is going to make a bit of difference.
As for socialization, the society at school resemble that of prisons. Compulsory attendance and assigning students to a particular school based on where they live is akin to an adult being told he must work at a particular job no matter how bad the conditions are and what his fellow workers are like.
