Does anyone here know the difference between the CDC and the NIH? Why are the COVID stats now going to the NIH? Are they better at compliling data or something?

Trump pulled the numbers from CDC and now they will directly go to the HHS (which is way better than the NIH).
I think it’s because he knows the CDC is dirty as hell and manipulating the information for vaccine gain.
