I do not understand why Chicago and New York City are having such a problem
Don’t they have a hundreds of city workers filling out census forms for the living and dead residents?
They did this the last time. Must be someone watching now so they are working to explain the big drop in numbers coming. They had free reign back in 2010, when Obama was the boss. You don’t think they just cheat in elections do you?
