I collaborated on a video interview of the guy while I was an undergraduate at CU. Never understood why he was allowed there since he seemed to call for the destruction of everything and everyone he looked at. But at the time Bill Ayers was taking classes at a teacher college. The Frankfurt school was popular . I was there in the late 70’s and 80’s when there was a certain nostalgia for the exciting revolutionary days of the 60’s.
