I certainly can’t pretend to know. But I think Biden’s dementia is significant.
If natural, then I would think there would be a scrambling reaction to replace him that absolutely isn’t there. If not natural, then he isn’t the candidate anyway. Neither of these fit an Obama backing, to me.
The wacky Berny platform emerging has me puzzled.
I think Biden is losing it mentally, as well.
But that makes him more pliant most of the time. Why replace him with someone that has their own opinions and agenda?
