Sounds to me Hillary will be inserted as the DNC nominee and she is preparing to steal the 2020 election with the Deep State.

I thought that at one time, but I think it less likely with every passing day. In 2016, her power was thru control of the DNC. Now, Dem Party power is thru control of Biden, and I think Obama and Bernie have the inside track. They want Biden to be a puppet, rather than to replace him at the last minute with a visible leader.

The Democrats are not going to pull the switcheroo on Biden. Biden is Obama’s puppet. It’s the Obama faction that runs the Democrat Party now.
