I think it was just an accidental paint spill. I don’t know why anyone concluded that it was vandalism!! If they wanted to vandalize it, they surely would have used more paint.
Can drones be programmed to carry and then strategically spill paint? Just wondrin’.....

That’s what it was. An accident. This poor guy was carrying a 5 gallons of Communist red paint, and slipped on the gaudy yellow lettering while crossing the street. Maybe he can file a lawsuit against NY.

I don’t think a drone could carry a big enough payload.
Speaking hypothetically of course, here’s what would work - a guy on a motorcycle. Strap a couple of gallons of paint on each side of the bike. You’d just need to rig up some sort of quick-release valve to each can.
I do not endorse vandalism. But I must say that I’m torn here. Because the media has excused away all the leftist vandalism. It’s all just a form of expression! So how would this be any different?
