For the record, the movie remake of Stephen King’s “It” featured a monstrous clown lurking in the storm drain while vividly eating a child’s arm. I wonder if the sensitivity consultant was on a break repeatedly throughout that film?
Your post just confirmed my gut feeling to stay away from that movie. Most of that genre is not for me. In a book, maybe, but rarely on film.

THAT they can watch. Suggest a character in a film is a Conservative or has such positions and they freak out as if it were truly a horror.
