I believe that was a caller married to a Hispanic woman, and he say he gets how it hurts Americans.
Limbaugh said that the MSM thinks that conservatives are stupid and don't even know what "H-1B" is, and so they dismiss it. Limbaugh argued that conservatives probably know more about it than anybody else.
Limbaugh was making the argument that conservatives are probably more deeply knowledgeable about more things than anyone other group, but are dismissed as stupid by the MSM.
This was in response to a caller saying that the current generation coming out of schools are the most uneducated, most uninterested, most self-focused, and most sensitive to criticism than he's ever seen before.
