Goya makes an excellent boxed seafood paella mix (with canned seafood included). I’ve been buying it regularly over the last year as I lova paella and this tastes really authentic and it is so easy.
I add a little saffron and roasted red pepper strips on top. Sometimes I add some chorizo too.

Glad to read your review, because I saw it on the shelf in Walmart the other day (before the BUY-cott began), and was tempted to try it. Now I definitely will....I, too, love paella!!
