Among the people who can be prosecuted are associates with information relevant to a civil or criminal investigation of the president.
And what would that info be? Or is it a case of "We don't know what it is, but we know it's there"? Just like the reach for Trumps financial records. The fact the NY politicians, courts and congress lets all this go on is proof they are all corrupt.

“Among the people who can be prosecuted are associates with information relevant to a civil or criminal investigation of the president.”
The first stumbling block is finding the nexus between the alleged criminal or civil event to New York, but assuming they are able to conjure up some phony nexus, their next problem is that the law sounds like an unconstitutional Bill of Attainor.
Stone needs to hire Sidney Powell now to get ahead of this crap.

Prince Andrew should be prosecuted for money laundering, corruption, influence peddling, bribery, extortion and murder. But he wont be.
