I’ve been thinking about how Hitler must have thought of himself as a good person, doing the right thing. Evil people can also be “trying to be good”, but their idea of what is “good” and/or their means of achieving it are perverted.
A clue that you might be one of those people is if you path to paradise requires the brutal oppression or murder of those who don’t share your vision.
