If Joe debates, I can see him cutting off his answers repeatedly saying that he sees his time is up. Biden will be on the high wire without a net. The only problem I see with the debates is that the expectations for Biden are so low that the MSM will praise him to the rafters if he just says his name correctly. Trump will be debating himself.
Better yet., instead of relying on chip to ear and damaged synapses over to mouth, just give him a Dr. Stephen Hawking robo voice computer and allow an eerie creepy Scottish accent to emit Pelosi/AOC/Omar-talking points.
