To: Varsity Flight

It’s what has me confused.

Given that this damnable virus is either created or merely noticed and harvested from the wild, I have not understood the attitude of otherwise intelligent, patriotic, and generally badass patriots towards minimizing this.

It’s war, and masks are like helmets of flack jackets- not going to do you that much good against a sniper’s kill shot or tank round, or tactical nuke, but they will slightly lower the risk (albeit to people around you, but same net gain in a case of war, which the Chicoms have been at with us since 1949).

If Qaida had let loos a bioengineered virus in 2002, we’d damned well be masking up, social distancing, and treating like the act of war which it is.

Then masks, many many years ago, should have been implemented because of influenza, especially in the school systems.

No, we were told to be prepared to tape trash bags over the windows of our residences.

And if they’d set off dirty bombs well the big wigs have their contingency plans but the rest of us would’ve had to deal with varying amounts of radiation and restrictions.
