Its doubtful that the people out there are capable of learning. They just emote and therefore never change.
That's the reason I'm so happy the Trump Administration doesn't get itself mired in these city and state issues. First, ANY involvement by Trump in ANYTHING gives the media a chance to blame him for whatever happens, and second, these city and state voters get a chance to see how clueless, or tyrannical, their "leaders" are.
