From the article in the other thread, it said the crime was “brandishing a firearm.” It can be a tricky scenario, but it is illegal.
The couple should have yelled: I am placing you under citizen’s arrest for trespassing!
Even here in CA it is legal to brandish a loaded firearm while in the process of carrying a citizens arrest...
Or at least that is my understanding.
