I’d say that there’s a decent chance that not all the targets took a ride. Some of the people on those trips may have been targeted in order to get to someone else.

I have heard reports that Epstein’s apartment in NY had cameras throughout the house. This is why the photos of Clinton and Kerry posing with the hosts inside the apartment might be incriminating.
