“time to quarantine China for a decade”
If there is a total different virus out in the wild, we need to stop all trade in China and treat them as the enemy they are. The odds of two deadly virus in Asia at the same time is very high unless it was man made.
By now there should be no doubt the first one (cov19) was manmade. Or man modified rather. The question is if it was intentionally released.
