Trump needs to completely divest out of NY. Sell it all.
I’m sure NY and NYC will take a hit just by having him switch his residence to Florida (as Rush did); the income taxes (at the state AND city level) must be missed.
A couple of years ago NJ’s wealthiest resident (David Tepper) moved to Florida, and the state budget had to be revised. ONE MAN!
