Absolutely correct and in addition Mayor Kaiser Wilhelm just opened a can of worms. Black Lives Matter^TM is a corporation that just had the mayor paint their advertisement on a New York City street. Now EVERY corporation in the country can ask for the same and when he refuses they can sue his ass off for unequal treatment under the law.
