If Michael J. Madigan is so “woke” why hasn’t he asked to remove the statue of Richard J. Daley from the Illinois State Capitol? Daley sought to keep Chicago schools and public housing segregated didn’t he?

I guess it is easier for Madigan to disrespect a 19th century Democratic politician than to address the legacy of one of his own political patrons.
