We are in uncharted waters here. Neither Sullivan or the appellate court have the jurisdiction to force the AG to prosecute a case it does not want to.Does the court then appoint a special prosecutor because they do not like the decision of the AG? The court then becomes prosecutor by proxy and due process runs off the tracks.

By Sullivan refusing the dismiss the case justice is already off the tracks and down the cliff.
