I think the man with the gun is the same Todd shown on this healthcare site. He would be considered a Covid-19 high risk individual based on a 2016-2017 diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer. Not excusing the behavior, but I can see why he might have elevated concerns over mask use.

He should just stay in his house to be safe.
The whole mask thing is a joke and will not protect him from exposure. Anyone who believes it is a fool. And if they are at that high of a risk then they should stay home... for their own safety of course.

It's kind of like "road rage" - people just need to leave the area, then return after their concerns subside.
