Self Defense isn’t Manslaughter.
Tell that to the people who are seeing their lives upended, reputations destroyed, finances drained, after being charged with crimes that could send them to prison for years.
Imagine being a law-abiding, productive member of society with a family to take care of and a mortgage to pay and a half hour later you're in handcuffs facing 15 years in prison after running over a "peaceful protestor" who was trying to slice your tires, disabling your vehicle in the middle of an angry mob.
You may have thought it was self-defense. On Twitter, you're an angry, racist murderer and if you thought the cops were on your side, you're learning a different story.
