Yes there is something to be said in favor of “A Militia of One” but there is more strength in numbers. Solo militia operators amount to snipers, who operate best when invisible and just barely once discovered.
Now think of an entire town, all in service and all on the same page. Imagine a fighting force (yay!) but with a medical service, chow hall, supply bunker with guards, training, etc. When fighting alone, when do you sleep?
Our solo militiaman may put up a good fight for awhile, but eventually the bad guys will circle behind him and that’s all she wrote. Having another good guy watching your six would be nice, eh?
