• Before the convention, then maybe a scramble with Bernie and others to take his place. Bernie has second most delegates so it should go to him.
• At the convention, maybe they can steal it from Bernie?
• After the convention, does it go to the VP or back to a convention?
• At what point is it too late to change candidate on the ballot? Is it changeable up to when early voting starts?
• Yes, could Democrats end up with no candidate?

If Slo Joe is taken out of the running due to obvious impairment, it will irk the Bernie-ites profoundly if he isn’t again considered, a double flush. That would not bode well for Democrat support.
