Was the facility acknowledged as a nuclear production site?
Had UN inspectors examined the facility?
It has been reported that missile propellant was made there. What was the peaceful purpose for this?
Radioactivity was detected in the air from the explosion. Was it known that nuclear materials were manufactured and stored there?
Iran can't complain too loudly about its destruction, since they weren't supposed to be doing this anyway by international treaty.

Iran refused the IAEA access to various sites anytime it wanted. And there were no consequences, because the IAEA is a joke.
