Where I used to live in Oklahoma a ruling by someone decided that households owned by Indians were Indian land and allowed those living along highways or anywhere to sell untaxed cigarettes.

The Department of the Interior is under your control, so are All Federal Buildings, management,repair,...May I suggest you ORDER All Federal Courthouses be Immediately Disconnected from any and ALL Petroleum Products, so the Citizens have access to the dwindling supply first.
